1. Overview
EZOUTLAW™ ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website, create an account, or make a purchase.
We comply with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and other applicable Canadian privacy laws, including any provincial legislation that may set higher standards for consent or data protection in your province or territory.
2. Information We Collect
We collect only the information necessary to provide our services to you. This includes:
2.1 Account Information (collected when you register):
- Email address
- First and Last Name
- Gender (male / female / prefer not to say — required; collected to personalize your shopping experience and for aggregate demographic insights)
- Birthday (used for age validation — you must be at least 13 years old to create an account and make purchases, or such higher age as may be required by applicable laws in your province or territory)
- Terms Agreement Timestamp (date and time you agreed to our Terms & Conditions)
- IP Address — saved at account creation for security, fraud prevention, and account integrity purposes
- Device Type — saved at account creation (Desktop, Mobile, or Tablet) to help us optimize your experience and for account security logging
- Browser — saved at account creation (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, Opera, or other) to assist with troubleshooting and compatibility support
2.2 Address Information (optional — only if you choose to set it up):
- Shipping address
- Billing address
- Phone number (only if provided with the address)
2.3 Payment Information (processed by Stripe):
- We do NOT store full payment details on our servers.
- Payment information is collected and securely processed by Stripe, our payment processor.
- We receive a payment token from Stripe that allows us to process future transactions without ever accessing your full card details.
- We only have access to the last 4 digits of your card, the expiration date, and the card brand (e.g., Visa, Mastercard, Amex).
- This limited information allows us to display your saved payment methods and help you select the correct card for future purchases.
2.3.1 Saved Payment Methods – Our Right to Control Availability:
EZOUTLAW™ may offer the option to save your payment method for faster future purchases. However, we reserve the right to manage the availability of this feature at our sole discretion, including but not limited to:
- Removing or disabling the saved payment methods option from the checkout page and/or website dashboard entirely
- Reactivating the saved payment methods option at any time
- Removing or disabling the option from specific accounts, regions, or order types
- Deleting any or all saved payment tokens from our system without prior notice
If we disable or remove the saved payment methods feature, any previously saved payment tokens may be deleted from our system and you will need to re-enter your payment details for future purchases. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes to the availability of this feature, but we are not obligated to do so in advance. You will not be entitled to any refund, compensation, or remedy if the saved payment methods feature is removed, disabled, or modified.

2.6 Third-Party Account Sign-In (Google & Discord):
EZOUTLAW™ offers the option to create an account or sign in using your existing Google or Discord account. When you choose to sign in with Google or Discord:
- We receive basic profile information from that provider, which may include your name, email address, and profile picture/avatar.
- We use this information solely to create and manage your EZOUTLAW™ account.
- We do not receive your Google or Discord password. Authentication is handled entirely by the respective provider.
- The information we receive is governed by the privacy policies of Google and Discord, as well as this Privacy Policy.
- After your first sign-in with Google or Discord, you will be prompted to provide your gender and birthday to complete your account setup. You cannot place an order until this information is provided.
- You may unlink your Google or Discord account from your EZOUTLAW™ account at any time by updating your account settings or contacting us at [email protected]. If you unlink, you will need to set a password for your EZOUTLAW™ account to continue signing in directly. The profile information we previously received from Google or Discord (name, email, profile picture/avatar) will be retained as part of your account information unless you request its deletion or delete your account entirely.
What We Do NOT Access:
- Your Google or Discord password
- Your Google or Discord contacts, messages, or private content
- Any information beyond what is necessary to create and manage your EZOUTLAW™ account
When you sign in using Google or Discord, the same account creation data outlined in Section 2.1 (IP address, device type, browser, terms agreement timestamp) is collected and saved as it would be for a standard email registration.
