Shipping Policy
Last Updated: August 2026
1. Policy Updates
This Shipping Policy is updated from time to time. EZOUTLAW™ (owned by EZCOOL ENTITIES™) reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time with prior notice (via Email or Website). The latest version will always be available on our website. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically. Continued use of our website or placement of an order after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days of receiving your order confirmation. During sales, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing may take longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
3. Delivery Estimates Are Not Guarantees
EZOUTLAW™ provides estimated delivery windows based on normal conditions. However, actual delivery times may be significantly longer due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:
Carrier & Logistics Issues: Any conflict with the carrier — including carrier-specific rules, restrictions, operational policies, capacity issues, disputes, or service limitations; Carrier sorting errors or misrouted packages; Missed scans or tracking system failures; Carrier strikes, lockouts, or labor shortages; Vehicle breakdowns or cargo theft; Airline or freight capacity issues; Last-mile delivery delays (rural/remote areas); Carrier refusal to deliver to certain addresses or regions; Disputes between carrier and customs or third parties.
Customs & Border Issues: Customs clearance delays (routine or extended); Random inspections or secondary screenings; Missing or incomplete customs paperwork; Customs broker backlogs; Import/export restrictions or embargoes; Duties/taxes disputes requiring additional information.
Government & Regulatory Issues: New or changed government policies affecting shipping; Sudden border closures or restrictions; Sanctions or trade limitations; Postal service regulatory changes; Identity verification requirements.
Regional & Environmental Issues: Extreme weather (hurricanes, blizzards, floods, wildfires, heatwaves); Natural disasters (earthquakes, tsunamis, volcanic eruptions); Seasonal backlogs (holiday rush, Black Friday, Chinese New Year); Remote or difficult-to-access addresses (islands, military bases, rural zones); Infrastructure issues (road closures, bridge outages, ferry cancellations).
Conflict & Instability: War, civil unrest, or military action; Terrorism or security threats; Protests, riots, or curfews; Regional instability or government overthrow.
Health & Biological Issues: Pandemics, epidemics, or health emergencies; Quarantine measures or lockdowns; Staff shortages due to illness; Bio-security inspections.
Customer-Related Issues: Incorrect or incomplete shipping address; Unresponsive to customs or carrier inquiries; Refusal to pay duties or taxes; Failed delivery attempts (no one home); Address change requests after shipment.
Other Unforeseen Circumstances: Technology or system outages; Fuel shortages or supply chain disruptions; Postal code errors or database mismatches; Packaging damage requiring re-packaging; Return to sender events.
Example: An order estimated at 7–10 days could take 15, 20, 30, 60, 90 days or more depending on the above factors. EZOUTLAW™ cannot predict or control these events.
4. No Delivery Date Guarantee
EZOUTLAW™ does not guarantee delivery by a specific date. You should not rely on estimated windows for time-sensitive purchases (e.g., gifts, events, travel).
5. No Refund for Late Deliveries
If your order arrives — whether on time, late, or very late — no refund, partial refund, store credit, or any other compensation will be given for the delay itself. You keep the product. The transaction is complete.
Example: Your estimate was 7–10 days. It arrives on day 25. No refund or compensation is issued for the lateness.
If your order arrives damaged or with a misprint/manufacturing defect, your remedy is under our Refund Policy, not this Shipping Policy. For any other refund-related questions not involving delivery timing, please refer to our Refund Policy.
6. If Your Order Does NOT Arrive
If your order never arrives, EZOUTLAW™ will work with you to resolve the situation.
Before contacting us: Check Your Dashboard on our website to view real-time progress and updates on your order. Check tracking. If tracking shows "Delivered," see Section 11.
Allow the following waiting periods:
- Domestic: 25 business days with no tracking updates
- International: 40 business days with no tracking updates
- If war, government holds, customs inspections, or regional instability are active: The waiting period is extended until the situation resolves and normal carrier operations resume. We will provide updates when available. If the situation has not resolved within 12 months from the date of shipment, we will treat the package as lost under the "other reasons" category and offer a refund for the product cost only.
A package is considered "lost" when: The carrier officially closes an investigation with a "lost" determination, or the waiting periods above have passed and EZOUTLAW™ has opened a carrier investigation that has not resolved after 15 additional business days.
Once a package is considered lost, EZOUTLAW™ will offer:
- If the loss is due to carrier mistake (e.g., misdelivery, damage in transit, carrier misrouting, or other confirmed carrier error): A refund for the full order total including original shipping fees.
- If the loss is due to other reasons (e.g., incorrect address provided by you, theft after delivery, customs seizure, government action, war, or regional instability): A refund for the product cost only (shipping and processing fees are non-refundable), or a replacement (if available).
EZOUTLAW™ does not issue refunds or replacements simply because an order is late. Only if it never arrives.
7. Customs, Inspections & Government Actions
For orders crossing borders or affected by government policies:
- Customs or government inspections can delay delivery by weeks or months.
- New government policies (e.g., sudden import bans, tax holds) may stop or delay your order entirely.
- In cases of war, regional conflict, or government-imposed shipping restrictions, EZOUTLAW™ cannot guarantee delivery timelines or even delivery at all.
- You are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes.
No refunds or compensation will be issued for delays caused by customs, government actions, or regional instability. If a package is lost due to customs seizure or government action, only the product cost is refundable (shipping fees are non-refundable). For information on refunds related to customs duties, import taxes, or international charges, please refer to Section 9 of our Refund Policy.
8. When You Can Contact EZOUTLAW™
You may contact us regarding your order at [email protected].
For delay inquiries: Please check Your Dashboard for real-time updates. If your order has exceeded the waiting periods in Section 6 and you believe it may be lost, please contact us.
For delivered orders (even late), no compensation is available (see Section 5).
For lost package inquiries: Please wait the required period (Section 6) before contacting us. Early inquiries will be asked to continue waiting. You can always check Your Dashboard for the latest updates before reaching out.
9. Incorrect Shipping Address
You are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If a package is returned to EZOUTLAW™ due to an address error:
- You will be charged for re-shipment.
- No refund will be given for the original shipping cost.
- No refund will be given for the product if you choose not to re-ship.
If a package is lost due to an address error you provided, it is not considered a carrier mistake, and shipping fees will not be refunded.
If EZOUTLAW™ makes an error on the shipping label despite receiving the correct address from you, this will be treated as a carrier mistake under Section 6, and you will be entitled to a full refund (product cost + original shipping fees) or a replacement.
10. Tracking Information
A tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships. You can also view tracking information in Your Dashboard. Please note: Tracking updates may freeze for 5–10 days or more (or for extended periods during conflicts or government holds). This does not mean your package is lost. International tracking may stop updating once the package leaves the origin country.
11. Lost or Stolen Packages (Tracking Shows "Delivered")
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received the package:
- Wait 3–5 business days (carriers sometimes mark early).
- Check with neighbors, family members, or your local post office.
- If still not found, contact EZOUTLAW™ at [email protected].
EZOUTLAW™ may ask you to:
- File a police report for stolen mail
- Submit a written statement of the situation
What EZOUTLAW™ will do: Refunds are not guaranteed for lost or stolen packages. We will review each case individually. If approved, we may offer a partial refund, full refund, or replacement. For orders over $100, signature confirmation is recommended at checkout. EZOUTLAW™ is not responsible for stolen packages where signature confirmation was not purchased.
Note: Filing a false police report is a crime. We reserve the right to verify police reports with the issuing department. This process helps us verify legitimate claims.
12. Our Liability
EZOUTLAW™'s responsibility ends once the package is handed to the carrier, except in cases where the loss is directly caused by carrier error (see Section 6). We are not liable for:
- Delivery delays of any length (including extreme delays)
- Customs, government, or military actions
- Packages stopped, seized, or destroyed by government authorities
- Packages marked "Delivered" by the carrier (unless carrier admits misdelivery)
- Inability to deliver due to war, unrest, or closed borders
Goodwill gesture: In rare cases of extreme delay (e.g., 90+ days with no delivery and no active government/conflict hold), EZOUTLAW™ may offer a partial store credit at our discretion. This is a goodwill gesture, not a right or guarantee.
13. Restricted Locations — Legal Conflicts & Unavailable Regions
Due to shipping laws, regulations, or other legal requirements of specific cities, states/provinces/prefectures (or other regional divisions), or countries that conflict with EZOUTLAW™'s Terms & Conditions, Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, or any other policies published on our website, EZOUTLAW™ reserves the right to refuse shipping, cancel orders, or decline to provide our services to any customer located in such jurisdictions.
If Your Country, State, or Province Does Not Appear at Checkout – We Do Not Deliver There:
If you do not see your country, state, or province listed as an option when entering your shipping address during checkout, we do not currently deliver to that location. This means we cannot and will not ship orders to that country, state, or province. There are no exceptions, manual overrides, or alternative shipping arrangements available for locations that do not appear in the checkout address fields.
This may be because:
- EZOUTLAW™ has not yet expanded shipping operations to that location, OR
- Local shipping laws, regulations, or other legal requirements in that location conflict with our policies, OR
- Carrier services to that location are unreliable, unavailable, or restricted, OR
- EZOUTLAW™ has chosen not to service that location for business, legal, or operational reasons.
In all such cases, you will not be able to complete your order for that address. We do not offer manual overrides or alternative shipping arrangements for unavailable regions.
If you believe your location is available but not appearing, please contact us at [email protected] for clarification. However, EZOUTLAW™ reserves the right to determine which regions we ship to and may decline any order at our discretion.
Freight Forwarders & Alternate Addresses:
If you place an order using a freight forwarder or alternate address to ship to a restricted or unavailable location, we will cancel your order and issue a refund for the product cost. Original shipping fees (if charged) and any non-refundable payment processing fees incurred by EZOUTLAW™ may be deducted. If the order has already shipped before we identify the use of a freight forwarder to a restricted location, EZOUTLAW™ assumes no liability for customs seizure, loss, or non-delivery at the final destination.
We will notify you via email if your order is cancelled for this reason.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your local laws permit the purchase and import of our products. EZOUTLAW™ does not assume any liability for orders placed from jurisdictions where our policies or products conflict with local regulations.

15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EZOUTLAW™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of use, arising out of or in connection with any shipping delay, loss, delivery issue, or any other matter relating to this Shipping Policy, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
EZOUTLAW™'s total liability for any claim arising from shipping or delivery, whether in contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the total purchase price paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
This limitation of liability applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law and survives any refund or replacement. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits liability where prohibited by law. This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
