1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the EZOUTLAW™ website (the "Site"), creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Site or purchase any products.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time with prior notice (via Email or Website). The latest version will always be available on our website. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The version of these Terms in effect at the time of your order governs that order.

2. Eligibility – Age Restriction

To create an account or make a purchase on EZOUTLAW™, you must be at least 13 years of age, or such higher age as may be required by applicable laws in your province or territory.

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet the minimum age requirement. If you do not meet the minimum age requirement, you may not create an account or make a purchase. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time.

If you are between the minimum age and the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Site and make purchases.

3. Account Registration & Security

To place an order, you may be required to create an account. The personal information you provide during registration is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Choose a strong, unique password – Your password should be at least 8 characters long and include a mix of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters. Do not use easily guessable passwords (e.g., "password123", your name, or "123456").
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
• Not share your account with any third party
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. EZOUTLAW™ is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account or choose a weak password.

3.1 Your Safety Responsibilities

EZOUTLAW™ is committed to protecting your account and personal information. We implement industry-standard security measures to safeguard your data. However, you also play an important role in keeping your account safe.

By using our Site, you agree to take the following safety measures:

• Keep your password to yourself – Never share your password with anyone, including friends, family, or anyone claiming to be from EZOUTLAW™ (we will never ask for your password).
• Do not give your login credentials to anyone – Your account is for your personal use only.
• Do not click on suspicious or random links – Be cautious of emails, messages, or pop-ups asking you to log in to your account or provide personal information. Always verify the sender before clicking.
• Use a strong, unique password – As stated in Section 3, use a password that is difficult for others to guess. Avoid using the same password across multiple websites.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) – We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication on your account if you are an email-registered user. 2FA adds an extra layer of security by requiring a verification code in addition to your password. Please note: Two-factor authentication (2FA) is only available for accounts created with an email address and password. 2FA is not available for accounts that sign in exclusively through Google or Discord. If you use Google or Discord to sign in, your account security relies on the security of your Google or Discord account. We recommend enabling 2FA through your Google or Discord account settings instead.
• Log out after each session – Especially when using shared or public computers.
• Monitor your account activity – Regularly check your order history, profile settings, and login activity for any unauthorized changes.

EZOUTLAW™ will never ask you for your password via email, phone, or text message. If you receive any suspicious communication claiming to be from us, do not respond and contact us immediately at [email protected].

If you fail to take these reasonable safety measures (including choosing a weak password or not enabling 2FA where available) and your account is compromised as a result, EZOUTLAW™ shall not be held liable for any unauthorized transactions, loss of data, or other damages.

4. Account Suspension & Termination

EZOUTLAW™ reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently delete any account at our discretion for any reason including but not limited to:

• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Violation of these Terms
• Abusive, harassing, or threatening behavior toward our staff or other customers
• Attempts to manipulate, exploit, or bypass our systems (e.g., using fake discount codes, abusing refund policies)
• Providing false or misleading information
• Failure to follow safety measures outlined in Section 3.1
• Use of weak or easily guessable passwords that lead to account compromise
• Any activity we reasonably believe may harm EZOUTLAW™, other customers, or third parties

Where required by applicable law, we will provide reasonable notice before termination. If your account is terminated, you may lose access to any order history, saved information, or pending orders. We are not required to refund any amounts for terminated accounts, except where required by law.

5. Orders & Payments

5.1 Order Acceptance: All orders placed through our Site are subject to acceptance by EZOUTLAW™. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to: product availability issues, pricing errors or inaccuracies, suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions, or shipping restrictions. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund for the product cost and any shipping fees paid. Payment processing fees may not be recoverable from our payment processor and may be deducted from your refund where permitted by law.

5.2 Pricing: All prices are listed in the currency selected at checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that pricing or product descriptions are error-free.

5.3 Payment Methods: We accept payments through Stripe and major credit cards. By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

5.4 Payment Timing: Payment is taken immediately upon order confirmation.

6. Product Information & Disclaimer

We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions and images provided by our suppliers. However, we do not warrant that:

• Product descriptions, images, or other content are error-free, complete, or current
• Colors displayed on your monitor accurately reflect the actual product colors

If a product offered by EZOUTLAW™ is not as described, your remedy is to request a refund under our Refund Policy, except where additional remedies are provided by applicable consumer protection laws.

7. Shipping & Delivery

All shipping and delivery terms are governed by our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Shipping Policy before placing an order. Key points include but are not limited to: delivery estimates are not guarantees; late deliveries do not qualify for refunds or compensation; lost or stolen packages are reviewed on a case-by-case basis; and EZOUTLAW™ does not deliver to locations that do not appear as available options at checkout. 8. Refunds & Returns

All refund and return terms are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Refund Policy before requesting a refund. Key points include but are not limited to: all clothing items are final sale except for misprints, manufacturing defects, or shipping damage; clothing claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery; change of mind returns for non-clothing items must be submitted within 10 days of delivery; damaged non-clothing items must be reported within 14 days of delivery; and lost or stolen package refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. 9. Prohibited Activities

When using our Site or purchasing our products, you agree NOT to:

• Use the Site for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Create multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing discounts, promotions, or refunds
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site
• Use robots, scrapers, or other automated means to access the Site
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site or its servers
• Harass, threaten, or abuse our staff or other customers
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Attempt to bypass or exploit our refund, shipping, or cancellation policies
• Share your account password or login credentials with anyone
• Click on suspicious links claiming to be from EZOUTLAW™ without verifying authenticity
• Use weak or easily guessable passwords

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and legal action where applicable.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the EZOUTLAW™ website that is owned by us includes but is not limited to:

• Logos, trademarks, and trade names (including EZOUTLAW™ and EZCOOL ENTITIES™)
• Website layout, graphics, and code
• Text, blog posts, and marketing materials written by us

Note: Product images, descriptions, and designs featured on our Site are owned by their respective third-party suppliers or manufacturers. EZOUTLAW™ does not claim ownership of supplier product content. All supplier product content is used with permission or under license from our dropshipping suppliers.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any of our owned content without our prior written consent. Unauthorized use may result in account termination and legal action.

11. User-Generated Content (Reviews, Comments)

If you submit a product review, comment, or other content to our Site, you grant EZOUTLAW™ a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own the content or have permission to submit it
• The content is not defamatory, obscene, abusive, or illegal
• The content does not violate any third-party rights

We reserve the right to remove or edit any user-generated content at our discretion. You may request removal of your review or comment by contacting us at [email protected], and we will remove it within a reasonable timeframe. However, we are not responsible for copies or shares of your content made by third parties before removal.

12. Force Majeure

EZOUTLAW™ shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of our obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from any cause beyond our reasonable control. Such causes include, but are not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, severe weather events, fires, floods, earthquakes, epidemics, pandemics, public health emergencies, government actions or restrictions, war, terrorism, civil unrest, riots, strikes or labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, fuel or energy shortages, telecommunications or internet outages, cyberattacks or DDoS attacks, server failures, denial of service, and any other unforeseen events or circumstances beyond our control.

In the event of a force majeure event, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and resume performance as soon as reasonably practicable. If the force majeure event continues for more than 90 days, either party may terminate the affected order, and we will issue a refund for the product cost (shipping and processing fees may not be refundable). This section does not limit any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of Ontario, Canada, and applicable federal and provincial laws, EZOUTLAW™ and EZCOOL ENTITIES™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, revenue, or data; loss of use or goodwill; personal injury or property damage; arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, purchase of products, or these Terms, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

EZOUTLAW™'s total liability for any claim arising from your purchase or use of the Site shall not exceed the total purchase price paid by you for the specific product or order giving rise to the claim.

This limitation of liability applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law and survives any refund, replacement, or termination of these Terms. Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability where prohibited by law. This section does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Additionally, EZOUTLAW™ shall not be held liable for any unauthorized access to your account or any resulting losses if you fail to follow the safety measures outlined in Section 3.1 of these Terms, including choosing a weak password or failing to enable two-factor authentication where available.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EZOUTLAW™, EZCOOL ENTITIES™, and our employees, officers, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Your use of the Site or products
• Any content you submit to the Site
• Your failure to follow the safety measures outlined in Section 3.1
• Your use of a weak or compromised password

15. Third-Party Links

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites or services (including Google and Discord for account authentication). These links are provided for your convenience only. EZOUTLAW™ does not control, endorse, or assume any responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. You access third-party sites at your own risk. We encourage you to read the terms and privacy policies of all third-party sites before using them.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada and the province of Ontario, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your purchase shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable timeframe, you agree to submit to binding arbitration rather than in court, to be held in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This arbitration clause does not apply where prohibited by applicable consumer protection laws. Residents of Quebec may have additional rights under the Consumer Protection Act that are not affected by this clause.

You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against EZOUTLAW™. This class action waiver applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and EZOUTLAW™ regarding your use of the Site and purchase of products. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and our other policies, the more specific policy shall govern with respect to the subject matter at issue. For clarity: shipping matters are governed by the Shipping Policy; refund and return matters are governed by the Refund Policy; privacy and data matters are governed by the Privacy Policy; and all other matters are governed by these Terms & Conditions.
